advice with agency
Hey about 2 weeks ago I started my Ai receptionist agency, and its going alright. My niche is auto body shops and I made a receptionist that gathers customer info and send the shop owner a email with that information and lets the caller request an appointment time so they can get a call back ( right now it is just for missed calls ). I also want to target salons and sell them a receptionist so they rarley ever have to pick up there phone.
I have been spending a lot of time trying to learn how to build complex agents that can book people straight into calendars and made one for my agency that books google meets. I came to the conclusion it is MUCH harder to make that type of agent for a auto repair shop with multiple workers, various services ect and salons with multiple workers and different types of services.
Im not sure what I should do
  1. focus on building demand for my product for auto body shops ( after hours receptionist that sends owner email of customer info and requested appointment time )
  2. Spend a lot of time learning how to make complex systems that can book schedule, cancel and reschedule for auto body shops and salons
  3. Delegate the technical stuff to someone whos good at it and start selling expensive receptionists that can do everything and focus on selling and creating demand.
