Observation in Clinics for AI Voice
Just spent 2 hours engaging with clinic owners on LinkedIn. Here's what I'm seeing: The gap between clinical excellence and patient reach is massive. Brilliant practitioners with 10+ years of experience are struggling with the operational side while their calendars have gaps. Three patterns keep showing up: 1. Premium clinics with beautiful websites losing 80% of calls to competitors who just rank higher on Google Maps 2. Technology that technically works but creates daily friction because it does not match how the clinic actually operates 3. Owners competing on price instead of outcomes, which erodes margins and authority The solution is not more marketing. It is operational excellence that lets quality practitioners focus on what they do best. When you never miss a call, follow up consistently, and remove booking friction, you stop competing on price and start competing on experience. 2026 is about depth over noise. 30 demos. Zero clients. Here's the problem. I was selling "AI receptionist with CRM integration and 24/7 availability..." Prospects: "Cool! Let me think about it." disappears Switched to: "How much revenue are you losing from missed calls each month?" Conversations are different now. Still haven't closed, but getting warmer. Lesson: Nobody buys cool tech. They buy solutions to expensive problems. Anyone else stuck in demo purgatory? What's working for you?

What I learned is that most AI voice agents don’t fail at booking. They fail at reschedule/cancel because they don’t know which appointment to touch. Bad flow: “What time was your appointment?” (people don’t remember) Good flow: 1. “What phone number did you book with?” 2. Pull appointment(s) 3. If multiple, read options 4. “Confirm: cancel Friday 11 AM?” 5. Execute + send confirmation
