We are going to issue a challenge for people to start the new year as a new them instead of committing to a New Year's resolution that most don't adhere to. Instead of chips -> roasted edamame, Instead of candy ->protein bar (15-20g protein), Instead of soda -> sparkling water with lemon. Small swaps = big results.
