Coincidence?
Here’s a good one - everything is either a potato or not a potato. Given that, everything is either you or not you. Given that, the word co-incidence is actually how reality works rather than a bug…..we’ve all been blaspheming our entire lives….every one of us. Coincidence is reality in a nutshell. God is a nut eating animal.

Coincidence?
East and West kiss
East and west meet in this simple idea - rest Isaiah 30:15 summarized w/ surrounding context- rest is your salvation but you’d rather ignore healing real issues with a bit of difficulty and seek fun so your problems are going to continually surprise you. The Hindi word for shiva means something like nothingness or non existence The person Shiva is called Adi Yogi or First Teacher Just at face value of nomenclature and what he is known for - simple meditation starts it all AKA rest! East and west meet on the basic principle of - rest in reality literally. I found that rest/meditation wasn’t “not working” when my mind wouldn’t stop or body wouldn’t calm down…I was resting regardless and when I realized that I was able to dig into the logic and feel the results every time. It’s core and key to trauma healing. Like water, air, earth, food, fire, exercise - rest has its own unique qualities that nothing else can do better than it. Go to rest. It’s the most direct path to putting down the world and resting in reality. Both east and west agree on this core concept Shiva is what you look at when you close your eyes. The black materia :). The temple of the ancients from Final Fantasy 7 :).

Ease into Wellness
I'm not sure if this is allowed and if not I will delete. But when I was coming off bedrest from cancer surgeries and radiation I had to take it super easy and build slowly. I did create a chair fitness program on Skool called "Ease into Wellness" If anyone needs something really really easy to build up slowly from either no movement or sedentary lifestyle. I hadn't been able to exercise for about a year with everything I had going on. Jumping into traditional fitness programs was a major NO GO per doctors orders.
Updated the meditation section
It’s far simpler and peaceful :). I hope you enjoy some meditation with its insights
