I want to start dancing more often. Lately I've been distracted with work and lots of responsibilities that I have neglected my dancing. But seeing as this accountability thing is actually keeping me working. I might as well start my 1 hour dance for a week to improve my cardio and dance skills. This year we fight for our way!!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Mountain climber and Russian twists
New Challenge: I have at least 3 minutes of free time in my morning! Therefore I can do 3 minutes of mountain climbers daily. 100 Russian twists and that's 5 minutes! Easy and simple right? Right! But effective enough for beginners. Either way it build good habit.

Squat challenge!!! :)
Where the goal is to do 1000 squats this week. At least 200 daily! In your day to day, if you have 5 minutes you have 100 squats. Since I have at least 10 free minutes. We'll go 200! Update yalls on my progress.

Still meditating daily. I’ll try to put up posts with my progress in that as well as exercise if I ever get it in too
