Meditation and jogging turn out to be a positive feedback loop! One, meditation, helps me be okay doing nothing, rest, integrate, and be present amidst changing consciousness, and the other, jogging, helps me get to know my body a bit more in an active yet sustainable way which leaves me a bit tired hungry and thirsty, the presence helps me keep jogging and feel improvement during each engaging/meditative jog as well as the next day, and the tiredness helps me meditate deeper and easier and be a little more body-present!!
I’m a very sick so I’ll just walk today and do range of motion exercises.
