Been jogging for the past 2 weeks
And started doing some mobility dynamic stretching type stuff and squats and pushups and stuff. Starting to feel better. Realized a large part of my problems is beliefs about life that are assumption based and just letting those go and my mind seems to relax quite a bit which frees up energy to wrestle with life a bit better each day. Oh yeah also SLEEP AND REST IS SO KEY!!!
