Quick Full body workout ( vacation edition )
Had a little bit of time around lunch to get a workout in!
Try this on your vacation or just for fun to test yourself ⬇️
5 push ups
5 bent over rows
5 rdls
5 curls
5 strict press
5 squats
Drop down & give me 5 rounds of that. Rest for 90 seconds & do it till you get 20 rounds total. Not meant for heavyweight just meant to kick your ass in this summer heat ⚡️
