Try this workout for a nice middle of the day pick me upper . 500m ski ( doesn’t have to be fast just get to 500m) Kettlebell walking lunges ( I used 45lb each arm ) 8-10 pull ups 15 Heavy kettlebell swings 10 dual kettlebell push presses 10 hanging leg raises 4 rounds with 60 seconds rest between exercises
