Currently weighing at 160lb at 5’9
Here’s my exact routine the past 2 weeks ( might change again in the next couple of weeks ) ⬇️
Currently taking a little break from High mileage weeks with running & sticking to the lower 30s high 20s. About 4 to 5 runs , Back to 2 full body kettlebell workouts a week or a HIT workout style workout with weights ( like hyrox or circuit training ) 10-20k steps a day regardless of running.
& the biggest think I’ve been doing to switch up routine is hobby’s. Soccer, pickleball , skateboarding, surfing, swimming. Always getting that extra movement .
