Want to add clorella and spirulina
Hi everyone! I am looking to buy clorella and spirulina. Is there a brand that is clean and safe that you would recommend?
Cellulite
I have often wondered about why the body creates cellulite. Would it be an imbalance between the liver and gallbladder not processing fats properly? Maybe even hormones bring off, not sure which ones, too much estrogen possibly? Would herbal support help to jump start it? Side note… I got rid of my cellulite one time in my life by solely eating egg whites, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice and chicken, some steamed vegetables (this was long ago). That was all I ate for like 60 days, nothing else. The cellulite was gone but returned once my diet went back to a variety of foods. Appreciate the insight on this topic!
Body Recomposition?
Anyone else finding that the number on the scale isn't really going down with the workouts and the meals? I'm hoping this is due to body recomposition (gaining muscle, losing fat) but I don't have access to a body composition scale, so I'm just guessing. I know I have fat to lose, and muscle to gain, but the stagnant number on the scale can be disheartening 🙃
After dinner sweet?
I have always enjoyed having a small something sweet after my last meal of the day. In the past as a whole foods plant eater, it has been a couple of dates dipped in nut butter or a handful of berries in the summer months. BUT after starting this, I am learning that this is NOT great food combining. It also sounds like fruits aren't really recommended / optimal at the end of the day. Is there anything you have found works as a "sweet treat" to cut the craving after your last savoury meal of the day? I am definitely eating a large enough portion for my last meal and it is NOT hunger, it is just the desire to have a bit of a sweet taste at the end of everything... Any thoughts or ideas, or is it just something I have to try and break as a habit as there is no good options? 😅
Sauerkraut
Finally I decided to do this 😊. Tasted a little to salty so I hope this will change after the fermentation 🤔. This is the first time I am trying to make sauerkraut do I hope I did it ok . If not , I’ll try again :) Had my equipment ( fermentation jar for 6 months 🤣) Question : is it possible to save if to much salt ?
