And honing in on the specific portion called the "Ultrasound Spreadsheet" which is a way for *you* to track an in-depth method of "rotating" the Ultrasound usage across many different places where your Vagus Nerve goes.

It was always a super handy method we utilized in our 1-1 coaching, and now I want you all to have access to it, and be able to use it for yourself, for better results.

Remember, there's almost always a net benefit to finding your own best fit for anything you do.
