Reading this module, I am slightly confused. In the "find your entry point" section, the text says:
>>"Right-Side Focus: Place transducer 1 finger behind your right ear (temporal bone). "
Which seems to be where we did the left side vagus stimulation.
But then just after it appears to be pointing to the area where the amygdala is,
>"In the above picture, you can see the red shape, you want to keep the Ultrasound contained within that >particular region of the brain to target the Insular Cortex. "
which makes more sense to me as an entry point for processing trauma, since in meditations this is what I have found to help most folks (visualizing halfway between the edge of the eyebrow and the top of the ear, stimulating it in the front which flips from emotional physical presentation to frontal lobe conceptual resolution of trauma aha! moments and clarity of trauma memory).
