Why it's taking too long to build your agency
Most agency owners don't have a talent problem...
...They're just doing things in the wrong order.
And doing things in the wrong order costs BIG.
For example:
They pick a niche, get stuck, pick another one.
They build a service, can't sell it.
They sell it, can't fulfill it.
They fulfill it, can't deliver it.
Round and round we go.
This month inside MVP, I'm building an agency from scratch.
Using our own Assembly Protocol.
In all about a proven sequence.
Here's where I'm at:
Step 1: Pick the Niche - Done
Yes... you can pick the wrong niche.
Yes... if you do, you have to start over.
That sucks.
But that's only scary when you're guessing.
I pulled from a vetted list, picked the one that interested me the most, and was done in under 10 minutes.
My niche for the 30 day build: HRT Clinics. (Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy)
It's a growing market.
It's got high patient values.
Underserved by real marketing talent.
Next.
Step 2: Install the Client-Getting Machine - DONE
The week 2 syllabus is pretty manageable actually.
(Not gonna lie, week 1 is a bit of a bugger)
After learning the system and the skills... We just show up to the Wednesday workshop...
Go through everything together.
Use the tools... And I had my funnels ready to go!
(Gotta admit, it's pretty fire)
Step 3: Create the Fuel — IN PROGRESS
This is what we're doing this week... A killer library of ads.
To be honest...
Leads are the easy part. UpHex handles that.
What most agency owners skip over however is the strategy layer.
The part that turns ads into money.
(money is nice)
That's what this week is about.
Learn to turn ads into money...
That skill will pay you forever.
Step 4: Assemble the Warmachine — WEEK 4
The most expensive lesson I ever learned running an agency:
Complexity ABSOLUTELY kills.
It's easy to add features... takes zero thinking.
It's easy to say yes.
It's easy to keep addin crap on crap.
And if you are not careful... it will quietly destroy everything you built.
Week 4 is where it all comes together:
Niche
Client-Getting Machine
Product
Fulfillment
After it's all done you have what I call an Ad Franchise Agency.
Pretty cool.
If you do it right, you build something that is easy to sell, makes money, and then you can start dealing with the problems that come after the money is flowing.
But... you gotta have the right order.
It's the sequence that gets everyone there.
And then we can take what talent you do have and add some more cool stuff to that as well.
