Group coaching has grown significantly, so I'm going to try something new. I will *only* keep this up if it is attended. Now that I'm back in more of a routine in the States, I'm going to host coaching twice this week - one at a European-friendly time, and one at an American-friendly time (that's most of y'all in here). I have posted the times on the calendar. Next Monday at 5:30 p.m. ET and then Thursday at noon ET (5 p.m./6 p.m. in UK/Europe). The calls are a bit full and I know the time zone alternating can be difficult. I will only continue this if there is engagement. You are not pressured to be in a certain one based on your time zone; I'm just offering the flexibility for one week to see how it goes.

Hi y'all, those of you taking the workplace bullying course recently have noticed that Raissa's Outsmart 'Em Framework wasn't downloading correctly. This is likely due to changes on her website becuase her game is now in development. @Raissa Silva has still generously provided the framework, which I have re-uploaded into the course. I know this documentation has been a game changer for you. Raissa is currently raising the money needed to make her game come to life. I truly believe this game will be a game changer for people being bullied at work. It's not AI slop. It relies on evidence-based techniques for preparing for multiple situations, and has been reviewed by professionals in employment law, I-O psychology, and HR. Because of this, I ask you do not share this sheet outside of Skool. Not because non-Skoolers don't matter, but becuase it is Raissa's intellectual property. The first-gen entrepreneur toolkit is in the classroom now. The generic busienss advise is, "if it doesn't have to be you, pay someone else." That's all well and good with you have DISPOSABLE INCOME. In this toolkit, I'm transparent about what I use, why, and at which stage I started using it. Unlike the other toolkits, this one is currently free in my LinkTree shop as well. The other toolkits (on decoding your boss and responding to vague feedback) are only available for Skool members or for purchase for non-members.
