Group coaching canceled

I created this Decode Your Boss Toolkit. It's in the classroom. This toolkit provides a 10-question diagnostic to identify your boss's patterns, outlines 5 common boss types with word-for-word scripts, and includes a 7-day action plan with fillable tracking logs to improve your workplace interactions. This is my first toolkit (yes, wrote a whole 400 page book first), so please let me know if you have feedback!

One of my favorite cultural differences is the unwritten rule that you don't directly disagree with a plan or idea coming from a supervisor, but you can raise lots of little peripheral objections to hint that you don't think it's realistic. This happens fairly often with Indian coworkers. If you try to delegate something to someone you're supervising, and you're not aware of this rule, you may not realize that those "peripheral objections" are a polite way of saying your plan won't work. If someone above you is describing a plan or an assignment and you're not aware of this rule, you run the risk of being insultingly direct.
