What's something that made you feel good this week?
What's one small thing that made you feel good this week? It doesn't have to be big. A good cup of coffee counts. A bird you saw counts. A text from a friend counts. I set up my patio furniture and spent so much time outside and in my garden over the past few days. It's been glorious. xo, Amanda

I'm finalizing the details on the new course, Going Deeper Into Shame, and I'd love to hear from you before I launch it. How do you like to consume course content and material? Do you like to binge watch everything all at once or take your time going through the modules and exercises? Or perhaps something in between? Today we're celebrating with egg decorating and playing in the garden! I've opted out of cooking a big meal and having family over this year. I want things to be easy, less chaotic, and stressful.
