Here's the reality: you can be working hard, getting results, and still be building something that can't last.
That's the trap of high-capacity people. Because you can solve the problem, you solve it yourself. Because you can answer the call, you answer it yourself. Because you can carry the weight, you carry it yourself.
Then one day, you look up and realize that your business, your team, your family, or your goals cannot move unless you move.
That's not leadership. That's a ‘bottleneck’.
So here's a question to sit with this week:
What breaks, pauses, or waits when you are not available?
Maybe it's a decision that no one feels empowered to make. Maybe it's a process that only lives in your head. Or maybe, it's a responsibility you keep taking back because it feels faster to do it yourself.
Your next level probably isn't going to come from doing more - it's going to come by shifting from "me", to "we".
Listen to me very closely: you do not have to be the hero of every story. Build something that can breathe without you carrying every part of it.
