"Would love to hear about your own progress with your community and how you are growing and achieving what you are achieving and your mindset behind it!" - Max
Honestly, it’s been a real process, not clean or linear at all.
The community has gone through a lot of iteration from Unfolding, Moonshot Unfolding, and now Next Level Founders. From the outside that might look like I was changing direction, but for me it’s been more of a refinement process.
-Unfolding was just bringing the how I do the work but did not articulate what outcome someone would have.
-Moonshot Unfolding spoke about more of a vague goal.
-Next Level Founders was create with about 20 hours of deep work with a coach that articulated better the avitar and what they were looking to achieve.
Getting closer and closer to language that actually meets people where they are, without losing the depth of what I’m here to do.
This work matters to me and I want to share the vast richness of what it has done for my life from a personal side and from a business side. I would trade every dollar I ever earned for the peace it has brought me. (This is for another post though or this will go on forever)
A big challenge for me has been how to communicate this work. I’ve always known it’s deeper than strategy, it’s about who you are being, what you’re able to hold, how you relate to yourself, especially as things grow. But translating that into something people can immediately feel and say yes to has taken time (years). There were definitely moments where I felt like I was saying something true, but it just wasn’t landing the way I wanted it to. That is as much repeating it as it is playing in the space right with it. Skool has given me that space to play and get feedback faster.
My growth strategy was not locked in and I just tried what others tried to begin with. Networked, teamed up, paid for some ads. No clear strategy, just trying things out.
Everything can really test who you are. Am I good enough? Am I doing the right thing? How do I know? Do I quit? Do I pivot?
This calls on a lot of the practices I have been taught and pushes you to the boundaries.
Standing in those human qualities I have started to share, Trust, Wisdom, Value, Connection, etc, when those voices come out is where I find the strength to continue and stand in the storm of emotions and thoughts. I'm really leaning into the strength and will to keep going, wisdom of listening to what feedback I receive and prioritizing my tight schedule as I run another business and raise a toddler, there is a desire to not give up on this as it is too important. In the midst of that it is easful and does not feel forced.
I worked with a coach to put a process in place going forward from here. I don't think a single person in the community came here from that just yet as I began last week.
-Build my list of warm connections
- Have a conversation with them
- Find out what they need help with to get to the next level in their business
- Offer to help and invite them deeper into a call with me
- The first call is genuinely helping and if they want to go further offer a second call
- On the call offer to help them achieve their goal together 1 on 1 over six months
Inviting and offering to help where I find a good space to help.
People have challenges and could use help solving them.
The minute I put this in place I started noticing people in my city talking about their business challenges to me. It became clear that's where I was supposed to offer to help. So I am seeing a clearer path and listening for that as well.
As there is more interest I will have group options as I have run group coaching masterminds which are actually pretty cool.
Otherwise, I’ve kept things pretty simple. I show up every day, I post, I engage in other communities, and I look for places to create real conversations when they are there.
And stepping more into the version of me that can actually hold what I say I want, more grounded, more clear, more patient, and honestly more trusting of the process.
I’m living it as I build it.
