The “Start Here” Meditation. How does it feel for you?
Today I tried Brads meditation teaching in the classroom on “Object of Attention: Concentration with Support”
In this practice, concentration is cultivated with support, meaning attention rests on a specific object.
The primary object used is the sensations of breathing in the Lower Belly Center. I gave it a try and something kind of odd happened!
I don’t know why but when I tried this technique today it almost felt itchy or tickling on my belly!
I also got very tired and sleepy after the meditation session.
Am I the only person that has had this happen??
