The Next Level
There’s always a next level in what we’re building and in who we’re being as we build it.
Not just more revenue, more clients, or a bigger vision, but a different way of showing up that can actually hold that next level.
In my experience, it’s rarely a strategy problem. It’s usually a capacity conversation.
The capacity to hold more responsibility without getting overwhelmed.
To make the decisions you’ve been avoiding.
To stay steady when things feel uncertain.
To lead in a way that matches where you say you want to go.
So I’d invite you to take a few minutes with this…
What’s the next level for you right now?
And what is it actually going to require of you to step into it?
Not just externally, but internally.
What capacities are being asked of you as a leader that maybe haven’t fully come online yet?
Sit with it. Feel into it a bit before answering. This may be something you sit with for an extended period of time. A question that doesn't have an answer but evolves with you over time.
