Kicks, checks, teeps
Hey guys hope you’re all well
First day properly being back as I was off with a really bad flu,
Was still training but not my normal routine but finally back at it
Done 5x5 with 2 rounds of kicks and checks (kicks are finally feeling a lot more natural which is a positive)
3 rounds of teeps
First time really teeping on a bag felt a bit hard to go through the bag, only teep I’m staying away from is the sissor teep as my left knee always buckles from the landing as it’s an old injury as it never healed
Any advice would be great
