Andy and Salta bring a unique blend of international experience, business leadership, and strong community involvement to the Big Frog network. Andy has built a career spanning international development, government service, banking, and fintech, most recently leading North American sales operations for Demica, now part of FIS. He also served with the U.S. Peace Corps in Kazakhstan, where he met Salta. Salta holds degrees in International Relations and has experience in project management, international education programs, event planning, and cross-cultural communication. She is an active community volunteer and dedicated mother of three. Married since 2007, Andy and Salta are passionate about family, community, and giving back. Together with their three children and their dog, Sherlock, they enjoy family road trips, volunteering, and tackling DIY and gardening projects.
