🥖 Sourdough & Co. on the rise in Paso Robles, CA adding 1 more store!
Please help us welcome Rubel and Kamal to the Sourdough & Co. family! After trying Sourdough & Co. for the first time, they loved it so much they had to become owners. (We love when that happens as 60+ of our franchisees are from friends-of-friends ) Rubel is a dedicated nurse practitioner and mom to two little ones who inspired this next chapter. Her husband owns a trucking company and is often on the road several days a week, so building something closer to home just made sense. With family roots in Santa Rosa and discovering the brand through Instagram, everything aligned at the right time. Their “why” is simple and powerful: More time with their kids More control of their schedule Building something of their own They’re stepping into entrepreneurship with heart, purpose, and a love for the product that started it all.Congratulations to Rubel and Kamal along with Jenny Lauer and Mike Samson of Franchise FastLane. Sourdough & Co. continues to generate strong interest among candidates looking to enter the thriving quick-service restaurant industry with a concept that stands apart. The brand is built around a commitment to quality ingredients, clean environments, and healthier options that today’s consumers can feel good about. All products are all-natural, steroid and preservative free, and lower in gluten, creating a unique balance of great taste and better-for-you food options.

Vince — welcome. Glad you’re here. Now let’s make this count. Most people join communities and stay passive. They read, watch, and never execute. That doesn’t create value. Here’s how to approach this the right way: - Get clear on your goal (income, ownership, or scale) - Start validation immediately - Track your activity weekly If you stay consistent with action, this will work. If you stay in “just learning mode,” it won’t. Next step:Post your goal using the 4 Modus Operandi: - Clear Goal - Measurable Milestones - Specific Actions - Weekly Accountability Let’s get you moving.

Malaysia — you’re close, but this needs to be sharper. Right now, you’re describing the mission, not explaining the difference in value. Here’s the correction: Twin Flame Group’s mission is to help entrepreneurs build businesses worth buying. The difference is this: Most companies teach people how to start a business. We teach how to build a business that someone else would actually pay for. That means: - systems in place - documented processes - predictable performance - reduced owner dependency Because buyers don’t pay for effort. They pay for transferable value. And you’re right on one point —even if someone never sells, they still benefit. Why? Because a business that’s worth buying: - runs cleaner - scales easier - produces more consistent income - doesn’t rely on the owner to survive Tighten your answer like this: Twin Flame Group helps entrepreneurs build businesses worth buying by focusing on systems, documentation, and scalability — not just starting a business. This creates long-term value whether the owner exits or not. That’s the standard. Clear. Direct. Value-focused.
I'm in Track
& my goal is to have a successful career!

Kailawyn — same issue as before. That’s not a goal. That’s a wish. “Successful career” is too vague to execute and impossible to measure. If we can’t measure it, we can’t build it.And if we can’t build it, it won’t create value. Let’s fix it using the 4 Modus Operandi: 1. Clear GoalWhat does “successful” mean in numbers? Pick one: - Income target (ex: $120K/year) - Ownership (ex: acquire 1 franchise in 6 months) - Scale (ex: 2–3 units within 24 months) Define it. 2. Measurable MilestonesSuccess is a timeline, not a feeling: - When do you choose a brand? - When do you validate? - When do you launch? Put dates on it. 3. Specific ActionsRight now, your actions should be: - Validation calls each week - Comparing models and unit economics - Narrowing down to 1–2 strong options No activity = no progress. 4. Weekly AccountabilityTrack: - of calls completed - of brands reviewed - What moved forward vs. stalled Rewrite your goal like an operator: - Exact income or ownership target - Timeline - Weekly activity targets Post that version. Success isn’t a career outcome. It’s a system you execute every week.

Tiffany — that’s not a goal. That’s a theme. “Build value” is the objective of every business. But it doesn’t tell you what to do next. We need to translate that into something executable using the 4 Modus Operandi: 1. Clear GoalWhat does “build value” look like in numbers? Examples: - “Acquire a franchise that can produce $150K+ EBITDA” - “Build to $250K owner income within 24 months” - “Launch 1 unit with plan to scale to 3” Pick a target that a buyer would care about. 2. Measurable MilestonesValue is built through progress: - When do you select a brand? - When do you validate? - When do you fund? - When do you launch? Put dates on each. 3. Specific ActionsRight now your only job is: - Validation calls - Brand comparisons - Territory + unit economics analysis If those aren’t happening weekly, you’re not building anything. 4. Weekly AccountabilityTrack: - of validation calls completed - of brands eliminated - of opportunities moving forward Rewrite this like an operator: - Target EBITDA or income goal - of units you want - Timeline to acquire and launch - Weekly activity targets Post that version. Value isn’t built by intention. It’s built by decisions, actions, and systems.
