Please help us welcome Rubel and Kamal to the Sourdough & Co. family! After trying Sourdough & Co. for the first time, they loved it so much they had to become owners. (We love when that happens as 60+ of our franchisees are from friends-of-friends ) Rubel is a dedicated nurse practitioner and mom to two little ones who inspired this next chapter. Her husband owns a trucking company and is often on the road several days a week, so building something closer to home just made sense. With family roots in Santa Rosa and discovering the brand through Instagram, everything aligned at the right time.
