Izzy and Marcia bring an incredible mix of leadership, entrepreneurship, and long term vision to the Gorilla Property Services brand. Izzy is a seasoned financial executive who has served as CFO for multiple public and private companies, building a career focused on strategic growth, operational excellence, and creating lasting value. After years in corporate leadership, he is now stepping into business ownership with a focus on building relationships and growing something meaningful throughout the Charlotte community.
Marcia Dawood is an investor, author, speaker, and nationally recognized advocate for financial empowerment. As the author of Do Good While Doing Well and Unapologetic Wealth, she has invested in more than 50 startups and funds while helping others, especially women, think differently about wealth, opportunity, and impact.
Together, Izzy and Marcia were drawn to Gorilla Property Services because of its simple one call solution model and the opportunity to provide essential recurring services that help property owners protect and maintain their investments year round. They saw the potential to build a scalable business while making a real impact in their community.
