Start Here. Two quick steps
Welcome to the Anti-Sales Real Estate Dojo, where we teach you not to sell but how to build a process that connects with your prospects quickly. Now, if you’re tired of living on referrals, hoping the phone rings, or riding the commission roller coaster, you’re in the right place. Step 1 (30 seconds): Introduce yourself in the comment section below. Drop a comment with: • Your name and market • Years in the business • The one thing that’s not working right now Don’t overthink it. Don’t polish it. Regardless of what it is, let's go. Step 2: Watch this video. I explain what happens with the old school methods of sales and why you were "sold" a lie. The difference between the top realtors and the ones who struggle, was not the person it was the "process" If it changes how you’d answer Step 1, come back and reply to your own comment with what shifted. 🎥 TRIS Method video Then go start Foundations. It’s free has real lessons that you can use on your next call and appointment. The Dojo rules: • No promoting • Share losses, not just wins. Highlight reels help nobody. • Respect everyone. That’s it. Now go get into the trainings and the ask questions! — Vikram Deol $250,000,000 Sales Volume Founder of TRIS Sales Method Co-Founder BrainVaultAI.com
Seller lead follow up calls
I am horrible with follow-ups, i just don't like to do it, but since today the pickup rate is so low, i am forced to make follow up calls and increase the daily contact rate, and finally this guy answered. I think i am going to put it in low priority list after this conversation.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix1oxHD1TIE

I was over $700K in DEBT Drowning and how I got out
Just a few years ago, I was $700,000+ in debt. The crazy part? I knew how to sell. I had already built successful businesses and sold hundreds of millions in real estate. Almost a million plus in Cutco (knife sales), a million + in Verizon phone contracts and lots of other little side hustles growing up. It wasn't like I didn't know what to do or how to do it. But I had lost my mojo. My confidence was off. My head was messy. And I was making around $10K a month when I needed a completely different level of production to dig myself out. Then Sharran Srivatsaa gave me a simple piece of advice: Get a sales coach. That was the wildest advise I had ever heard. Get a coach to learn a skill I already knew so well?? But I said OK! So I did. Over the next stretch, I invested more than $50,000 into sales coaching. When you're already hundreds of thousands in debt, spending another $50K to get better at selling sounds insane, but I realize insane was the only thing I had left before going fully broke. So, here was my blueprint 1. Get the scripts and the online trainings mastered and show up to any live calls that the company would host (they did pop-ups) and STUDY my face off. I was a shitty student in school, but it's because I didn't think school was trying to make me rich. I was right. But when it came to studying my online portal, I was all in. I also paid $11,000 for that portal for 1 year of access. 2. Upgraded after 4 months to the live trainings and showed up to EVERY call. My life revolved around the training, not the training revolved around my life. But hiring the coach was exact.ly what changed things. And how I used the coaching was what less than 90% of student do: I got my head cleaned up first. Then I decided I wasn't going to passively consume coaching. Every single live call, I came prepared with at least: 1 question. 1 call to review. 1 piece of feedback I needed. Everyday I studies at least 1 phone call and 1 presentation I did and compared to what the top people were doing. I found my own mistakes and coached me.
