The fear isn't real. Here's proof.
One of my private clients asked a difficult seller for a 1.5% raise on her listing. She was braced for a fight. He said, you deserve this, and signed on the spot. Most agents never make that call. Not because they lack the script. Because of the fear. The feeling is real. The danger it's predicting almost never shows up. The seller who ghosted you. The price that feels too high to say. The expired you're sure will hang up. Your body reacts like it's life or death. It isn't. It's an old story running the show, usually one you learned long before real estate. Try this today: 1. Name the one conversation you've been avoiding. 2. Write down what you think will happen. 3. Make the call anyway. 4. Drop what actually happened in the comments. If you want to find where that fear comes from and stop letting it make your business decisions, I'm hosting a free live workshop Wednesday. You've Built Success. So Why Doesn't It Feel Like Enough? 📅 Wednesday, Oct 21 ⏰ 6 PM ET / 5 PM CT / 3 PM PT 💻 Live on Zoom · Free · 2 hours 👉 https://vikramdeol.com/c/transform Bring a pen.

Good Feelings
Yesterday I audited a private client's next 90 days business pipeline. 10 active clients built in 45 days of consistent calls and touches. Average price well above his norm. And he still wasn't sure he'd hit 2.5 deals a month, because we know that a pipeline is not something anyone controls. Hence, the review of his business. 2.5 on average new customers closed per month with an average deal value of $25,000. A pipeline can dry up as fast as they grow. Deals die for reasons you can't control. You don't get to stop. Why are his prices higher? We removed the money block that said those people are rich. Money blocks come from a previous experience or belief that because someone has more money than you, they are different. They are put Higher than you are. And yes dealing with the wealth requires a new skill and delivery system to deal with things they are used to, the biggest block with higher end clients is in between the ears of you, not them. So we worked on his money beliefs. We worked his finances. We worked his comfort zone. We then worked where those beliefs stemmed from. As we mapped it all out, he became more and more confident. 5 to Thrive in Business: 1. Improve your skills 2. Improve your delivery system (operations) 3. Create better marketing 4. Create raving fans through your delivery systems - Turn 1 purchase into 3 or 5 or 10. 5. Change how you see yourself and others - The most important of them all Higher prices and wealthier clients are the natural result, deeper pockets. Less struggle for finances. The holy grail of business. Work only with those who can afford you and you like. I'm building something new right now too. It's scary. I feel behind. The voice in my head says go back to what's easy. Easier isn't better. If you're not in love with your opportunities, today is the day for messy, ugly action. You can't get more skilled in an hour, but you can get off the bench. Nobody scores from there. About 75 days left in 2026. I'm making mine count. Are you going to be with me?

I did $975,000. I called it a bad year.
A few years ago, our small team closed out the year at $975,000 in revenue. All I could think was, "We missed a million. I didn't work hard enough." I went to a bar alone. When people asked what was wrong, I told them we'd had a bad year. They thought we were crushing it. If we'd hit the million, I would have found something else to be disappointed about. That was the pattern. Maybe you know it too. You close a big deal and immediately think about the next one. Someone congratulates you and you explain why it wasn't a big deal. You tell yourself you should feel grateful, then get back to work. Tomorrow I'm hosting a free, 60-minute live workshop about exactly this: You've Built Success. So Why Doesn't It Feel Like Enough? 📅 Tomorrow, Wednesday Oct 14 ⏰ 6 PM ET / 5 PM CT / 3 PM PT 💻 Live on Zoom · Free We'll look at where there's joy in your life and where there isn't, the pattern you keep repeating, and where you learned it. Bring a pen. We'll work through it together. 👉 Save your seat here: https://vikramdeol.com/c/transform It's also on the community calendar, so you can add it to yours. See you tomorrow, Vikram

if listing appointments still feel like guess work?
Look if your listing appointment feels like guess work and you feel you do a lot of the same things that every other agents doing, then you are leaving a lot of opportunities on the table. Inside the TRIS Million Dollar listing presentation, it's a science based conversation based on psychology. Now, i know that sounds like a bunch of sure sure, however, the truth is that over the last 15 years, this process has been refined over and over to a science. It walks you throgh exactly what to say at the door to get into the presentation quickly so you don't waste valuable time and what to say to get them to price for the market, not for their feelings, and then it closes the gap to get them to sign the contract on your 1st appointment. I know this works because I used this to do over $250,000,000 in sales and I have used this process to train over 1000 agents on doubling and tripling their businesses. now the question is, are you ready to install the exact formula these other agents did so you can elevate your listing game. As the market gets tougher, every appointment lost is an opportunity that another agent with a better process won.
