Three Weeks Into Tirzep
I did my third shot last night. I’m getting my GLP-1 through a medical office in my town. Side effects have been very mild. The second day, I had some flu-like body pain, but it was gone the next day. I’ve also had some minor constipation, but drinking lots of water and keeping up with fiber has alleviated that. Shots two and three were uneventful. Benefits have been tremendous. Instant improvement in brain fog and mood. I even woke up last Sunday thinking, “I want to clean the house today!” and cleaned for several hours, something I never want to do. I’m impressed with the office I’m dealing with, but I started with 2.5 mg, and they’re already saying I should bump up to 5.0 next month. I’m averaging 1.7 pounds lost per week which is perfect to me. I don’t feel the need to suppress my appetite more at this point. I do have some tendonitis in my hips that I’ve been hoping the Tirzepatide can help with, but I’ve not seen any change in pain level. Does a higher dose have greater anti-inflammatory benefits, or does it just cause faster weight loss? I don’t see the need to risk more side effects to lose weight faster if that’s all it will do.

Welcome to The Triple Reset - Here's what to do first...
So glad you're here! If you're in this community, you're probably a lot like me. Over 40, you've done the work in other areas of life, but somewhere along the way your body stopped cooperating. Maybe your energy tanked. Maybe the weight crept on and nothing you used to do works anymore. Maybe you're just tired of feeling like a downgraded version of yourself. That was me. I lost 55 lbs after 40 using three levers: GLP-1s, TRT, and consistent resistance training. Not one of those alone. All three, working together. That's the Triple Reset. This community exists so you don't have to figure it all out alone. We're here to share what's working, ask real questions, and keep each other accountable. Here's what I need you to do right now: 1. Introduce yourself. Drop a post in the community telling us who you are, where you're at physically, and what you're hoping to get out of being here. Be real. No one's judging. We've all been at the starting line. 2. Comment on someone else's intro. Find one other guy's post and say something. Welcome him. Ask a question. Just connect. This place only works if we actually talk to each other. 3. Ask me something. Seriously. About GLP-1s, TRT, training, whatever. I'm in here every day and I'll answer you personally. That's it. Three things. Let's go. - Lane

TRT kills fertility?
So I know that we can never really know 100% if someone will be able to have kids or not after being on trt, but I’d love to hear actual experiences of people on both sides of this: - do any of you have taken trt and now regret it because you want kids but aren’t able to? - Do any of you take trt and have been taking it for some time, yet had no problem having kids? I have one kid now, my wife and I want at least one more, the thing is my enclomiphene isn’t really working for me anymore, I am 39 years old, I don’t feel in the gutter but I also don’t feel optimized, and I am in a point in my life where I need to be 100% for me and my family, so I am considering making the switch to trt sooner than later, so just trying to get some opinions and advice from anyone who’s been there. I know hcg can help keep the nuts on, but I also heard it can increase chances of side effects.
