Welcome! Introduce yourself
👋 Welcome to the Community, If you're here, it's because want to grow and share wisdom with others. This is a space for Christian fathers who want to build a legacy that matters. I recently read a quote that says: You want to start with the end in mind. This community exists because I believe fathers who know their identity in God and lead with biblical wisdom are able to significantly impact the world around them, starting with their homes, then their wider communities. Step 1: Introduce Yourself Drop a comment below and tell us: 1) How many kids/grandkids you have 2) Where are you from? 3) What do you do? 4) The one area you want to grow in most right now? 5) Why drew you to this community? Step 2: Show Up and Share This community is full of fathers wanting to grow and and share with other dads. Lets be a go giver community. Remember it's more blessed to give than recieve. We're here to grow together, to challenge one another, and to build each other up in love. Josh

Mindset matters, and matters of the mind
Fathers often don't talk about whats on their mind, and fatherhood can feel really lonely at times. I know I have struggled at times with feeling isolated, and questioning if I am leading my kids in the right direction. What do you think is the biggest mindset challenge of being a dad?
From boys into men
Took my 8 year old son turkey hunting Wednesday night. It's amazing how hunting can change a boy into a man in a moment. In today's digital age our sons grow up as gamers and device addicts, disconnected from the world they are called to lead in. It's time to get them back to manhood. And it's our role as father's to lead them into it. Whats an intentional and practical activity you have done with your children recently?

Looking for feedback on a free course (coming soon)
Hey guys, I'm building the next free resource for the community and I want your thoughts on it. I've been reading a book called the 7 habits of highly effective families and thought it would be cool to share some of the key ideas I've learnt so far. Which of these would actually help you most right now? Vote below, and the winner gets built first. 1. The Family Mirror Why: You didn't choose your family culture, it was handed to you. Most dads are running the same patterns their own father ran without realizing it, and their kids are absorbing it right now. What it involves: A guided audit that helps you identify your current family culture and one specific reframe to shift from criticism-based reactions to strengths-based responses. Outcome: By the end of the week, you'll have named one inherited pattern, made one intentional deposit into your family's emotional bank account, and felt the atmosphere at home shift. 2. The Pause Button Why: You lose it with your kids, feel like a hypocrite afterward, and wonder why you keep repeating the same moment you swore you'd handle differently this time. What it involves: A 3-step reset practice (Stop. Breathe. Choose.) with a real-time trigger cue you can use in the next hard moment, not in theory, in the actual moment. Outcome: Within 5 days, you'll have caught yourself before reacting at least once. Your kid will have seen a different version of their dad. 3.The family vision builder Why: You're showing up every day but you're not sure what you're building toward. No shared direction, no family identity, just surviving the week and hoping it adds up to something. What it involves: A family questioning exercise that you can do around the dinner table that walks you toward one clear sentence your whole family can actually remember, not a corporate mission statement, a real anchor. Outcome: By the end of the week, your family will have one sentence that defines who you're becoming together.
