This morning’s beach walking meditation
After the indescribably fantastic Condor Experience, I’ve returned even more deeply grounded in my purpose… to BE an invitation for more love and more ease for all beings on this blue planet.
I chant the Lokah Samasta prayer every morning.
This morning, bundled up (43 degrees outside), watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean in New Hampshire, the prayer shifted subtly in my heart.
May All Beings everywhere
Be happy and be free.
May they have good food to eat and a safe place to sleep
May they know connection and fulfillment
In their hearts
In their bodies
In their minds and
In their spirits.
And may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life
Contribute in some way
To that happiness
To that freedom
And to that ease
For all. Aho
