Hi beautiful people ❤️ I just wanted to come on here because I have been feeling impressively good these past few days and I am feeling sooooo grateful for life right now. So here are my words of wisdom if ever you're having a harder time. Life is fucking beautiful. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself. You are exactly where you need to be, stop going on social media to reaffirm that you're "not far ahead enough". Start challenging negative thinking with positive thinking, I know it's annoying but it truly does make a difference. Spend your time expressing thanks for every single thing that you have even if you feel like there's so much you don't have yet. Gratitude changes your whole frequency overtime. If you have never meditated or you stopped, get back to it because holy shit does it make a difference when starting the day. Observe your thoughts more, don't fall for them, don't feed them. If your dominant thoughts are not aligned with what you want to be experiencing, give them none of your attention. Love you guys ✨
