What would you bring?
Hi everybodyyyy ❤️ So in today's Zoom call, I asked our Buddies what they would make and bring to a Farmers Market! This question was actually so fun and the different answers were: clean skincare with beef tallow, herbs for healing, fresh grown produce, etc! So I'm curious what the rest of you would bring! I honestly have no idea what I'd bring but probably some healthier pastries/baked goods cause I love em 😎 Let us know below 🤝

Using phone/technology to benefit life
Confession lol I’m on my phone more than I know I need to be. I appreciate spaces like this and will continue to engage with it, but how do y'all limit your phone use and fight the impulse to pick it up? Do y'all have methods to use your phone more effectively based on your own personal goals/desires? Have a wonderful day beautiful people!

@Julie Coudé also thanks for your perspective Julie, the people around me (I work construction) in my day to day life don’t like talking about the reality of our human situation/condition besides a couple close people. Makes it harder to be present (and off the phone) when people around you are the opposite of present and stimulated on all sorts of substances

@Julie Coudé I agree, but I do fantasize about a world without the phones. We’d be forced to try and get along and problem solve with better communication and coordination in person
