Hey guys! So I am super into natural remedies and have tons of books and have done lots of research on it for many years. I'm not a doctor by any means, but I play the part of the trusted family/friend spiritual health and wellness guru in my town and a lot of people come to me for advice on natural remedies and all things spiritual. That being said, I know some of you have struggled with some severe tooth pain and I wanted to share what worked for me when I had an infected wisdom tooth a few months back and the matrix dentist tried telling me I needed ALL my wisdom teeth pulled (but they're NEVER taking my wisdom! 🤛 lol). All of these things together helped immensely and I decided not to proceed with any further dentist visits at this time. If anyone is interested, here is what I did:
- Warm salt water rinses a few times throughout the day
- Echinacea supplements (good for infections, inflammation, toothaches)
- Oil pulling! I do this a few times a week and have for years, but specifically every day when I was struggling with tooth pain. I use coconut oil but you can also use olive oil if you prefer. Take a spoonful of oil, swish it around in your mouth for 5-20 mins. Add clove oil for an extra bonus if you have it on hand! DONT SPIT IN THE SINK! It could clog your drain, always spit out in the trash.
- Cloves! Great for numbing pain temporarily. I would chew on cloves on the side of my mouth that didn't hurt and then swish them all over with my tongue to get it all numb.
- Last but not least! I made this natures amoxicillin drink and it worked AMAZING! After only a couple days I felt soooo much better but I continued it until it was gone. Took it in a shot glass so I could feel nostalgic 😂 is it delicous? Not really. Is it the worst thing I've ever tasted? Also no lol. Was taking it every day worth it? Abso-freakin-lutely! I will post a pic of the recipe. Also great for other things besides tooth pain. I would 1000% use this again if I ever felt like I needed amoxicillin for any reason because antibiotics are terrible for your gut and I've worked hard to get my gut health in check. This recipe has many benefits!
Lastly, I would like to add that although I'm not a doctor and had no personal experience in the medical field, I love sharing health stories of natural remedies that I've used/use for myself and family/friends and love sharing alternative options for those who are curious. I am a health conscious, sober, scrunchie Mom that is against v@x and most western medicine, just doing her best to be healthy and raise healthy kids while living in the Matrix lol. As always, I encourage everyone to do their own research but if anyone has any questions, I'm open to conversation!
