check in - y'all good?

all day yesterday I heard this beeping coming from maybe the laundry but my kids have no toys that sound similar and it wasn't the fridge beeping like the door was ajar. I couldn't explain it nor identify it. anyone else having auditory hallucinations or other unexplained things happening? my ears have been ringing non-stop for days, maybe weeks, I don't even know at this point. I just generally feel unsettled. you guys okay?
