1. The Instant Reaction
When you slip up on a habit or eat something outside of your "plan," what is the very first thought that pops into your head? (e.g., "I already blew it, might as well keep eating," "I have no willpower," "I have to start over Monday."-- Use your own words here and be as specific as you can.
