Before adding anything to your community, look at the four stages honestly. Where is it turning. Where is it stalling. What is the one lever you are actually going to pull at each stage. That is the Momentum Map.

It is not a complicated exercise. It is just the one most of us skip because we would rather add something new than name what is actually broken. The Momentum Map stops that.
