Growing with the Three Cs
What I've found easy to memorise when it comes to overall growth are the three Cs. Courage Commitment Consistency Courage to start, commitment to undergo everything necessary until you've met your desired outcomes and consistency to ensure that you repeatedly do everything you've set out to do. Becoming courageous, committed and consistent allows you to grow beyond just the material, it also helps you lift others up so they may too become their greatest self.
🚀Mondays growth tips!🚀
🌱 Growth Tip 1: Schedule “Thinking Time” Like It’s a Meeting Most community owners spend all their time reacting. Replying to posts, answering DMs, fixing problems, posting content. But growth rarely happens during reaction mode. Try blocking 30 minutes a week of pure thinking time where you step away from the community and ask yourself questions like: • What is working really well right now? • What feels messy or confusing for members? • What is one small improvement I could make this week? The best community builders don’t just work in their communities. They regularly step outside and work on them. That small habit of reflection often leads to the tweaks that create massive long-term growth. 🧠 Growth Tip 2: Lead With Behaviour, Not Just Advice Your community watches everything you do, even when you don’t realise it. If you want members to: • be supportive • show up consistently • share openly • help others You need to model that behaviour first. Celebrate members publicly. Encourage small wins. Reply thoughtfully instead of rushing. A community naturally mirrors the energy and standards of its leader. If the leader shows curiosity, kindness, and consistency, the culture grows around it like gravity. When one of us wins, we all win!🙌⭐️

It's all in the behaviour. For things to change, you need to change. When you look at things differently, things begin appearing differently
Something interesting is happening inside Skool. (VIP community)
A week ago the Leadership Lab community was sitting around Top 1000. Today it just crossed into the Top 400. Not because of ads. Not because of some launch funnel. Because leaders started showing up for each other. The whole idea behind the community was simple: Too many leaders are learning leadership alone. They buy courses. They buy certifications. They read the books. Then they go back to their teams and try to figure everything out by themselves. So we built a space where leaders can actually work through leadership with other leaders. Inside the Lab: ✔ Real leadership situations ✔ Culture and team building conversations ✔ Members sharing wins and lessons ✔ Leaders helping leaders solve real problems We’re also adding: ✔ Live leadership calls ✔ Structured leadership modules We’re now sitting at 90 members and growing quickly. The goal right now is simple. Let’s cross 100 leaders. Right now the community is free for life if you join before April 1. After that, new members will pay a small monthly fee. Huge appreciation to the Skool community and everyone who’s helped push this forward. If you’re leading people (or stepping into leadership) and you’re tired of figuring everything out alone… Come help us cross 100 leaders.
