Over the past 10 days, we’ve reviewed multiple Skool communities across completely different niches.
And so far…
3 sales have happened directly after members implemented changes…. and more waiting to be seen
Here’s what’s interesting:
❌ Most people didn’t have an offer problem.
✅ They had a clarity problem.
The biggest patterns we found:
• Too many offers
• Too many outcomes
• Too much information
• Not enough clear direction
The communities making progress usually simplified:
👉 Who they help
👉 What result they provide
👉 What someone should buy first
Another big surprise:
Most first sales aren’t hiding in funnels.
They’re hiding in conversations.
Many people don’t need:
• more courses
• more content
• more automation
They need:
• a clearer offer
• a stronger CTA
• more conversations with real people
And one more thing…
People don’t buy information.
They buy transformation.
“Learn X” is usually weaker than:
“Become someone who can do X.”
That’s been true across almost every community we’ve reviewed.
If you’re struggling to get your first sale on Skool, there’s a good chance your next sale isn’t months away.
It might just be one offer adjustment away.
