You know… a short one.
Like a normal person.
Two sentences maybe.
Somehow that turned into me explaining:
• nervous systems
• trauma patterns
• emotional triggers
• why people overthink texts
• and how communities help people understand themselves
At one point I realized I basically wrote a mini-lecture to strangers on the internet.
So if you see a suspiciously long comment somewhere about emotional regulation and healing patterns…
That was probably me.
Anyway…
I bragged about The Healing Together Collective 😎
And now I’m pretending I was very calm and professional about it…which we all know is not what happened. 😅
