Circle of Control
Hi folks,
Building up the confidence to post in this community with lots of amazing people!
I thought I'd share a snippet from one of my courses on the circle of control. I use it in my community with an outdoor focus, however, take away that niche and we still have a sound model used in many coaching and therapeutic environments.
So my contribution today is just a reminder to control the controllables and take the pressure off.
