4 years ago, I couldn’t even dream of doing this. After tearing my meniscus, my knee was so unstable that my tibia would literally slide around during Jiu Jitsu. Every step felt like a reminder of what I couldn’t do anymore.
Fast forward to today: here’s a single-leg squat on a slant board. Something that once felt impossible is now a reality. 💪
This isn’t just about strength. It’s about rebuilding trust in my body, brick by brick. Proof that with the right approach, you don’t have to accept decline as your destiny.
