Skool Basics
You're in. Here's how to get the most out of this place in your first week. 1. Community This is the feed. Post your wins, ask questions and introduce yourself in Introductions. Tell us what you do, where you are and what you're working on this year. The fastest way to get value here is to show up and talk. 2. Classroom All training lives here. Start with Start Here: Welcome to the Den, then work through the modules in order. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. 3. Calendar Every live call and event is on the Calendar, shown in your time zone. Click any event to add it to your own calendar. The live calls are where the biggest breakthroughs happen, so block the time. 4. Leaderboards When members like your posts and comments, you earn points. Points raise your level, and some levels unlock extra content. The leaderboard shows the most active members for the week, the month and all time. Show up and help others, and you'll climb. 💵Get your coaching paid for! If you're getting value here, invite a friend. Affiliate commissions are set at 40%. Every paid member who joins through your link earns you 40% of their membership for life of the client, and a few referrals can cover your own membership. How to get your link: 1. Click Invite People on the community page. 2. Copy your personal referral link and send it to a business owner who'd fit in here. Anyone who clicks your link and joins within 14 days is credited to you. Commissions show as pending for 14 days, then you can withdraw them. You must be an active member when they join. Why we're building here, not on Facebook Skool will take down Facebook in time. Facebook's algorithm is built to keep you scrolling, not to help you grow. The world is moving to small, focused communities where real experts teach. No ads, no rage bait, no endless feed. Just people building real businesses, learning from each other. You got in early. Go introduce yourself.

Welcome to the Lion's Den
I started the Lion's Den because having a struggling business sucks. And your not meant to try and figure it out alone. Facebook is a swamp and I can't go 2 minutes without a distracting ad that pulls me away from what I originally went there for (literally forget why I logged on half the time). In 2019 I joined a group that helped change my life. The community and clarity that I got from that group of serious entrepreneurs in the same trade helped rocket fuel some growth at KC Power Clean and now I want to help you do the same. Get ready to roll up your sleeves... So with that, where are you feeling stuck? What's your next barrier to break through?

Leave The Den a review
Good afternoon guys! I know Kris may not ask for it himself but if you haven't left "The Den" a 5 star review yet do so today in the "about" section! I know there are a ton of others that have gained knowledge from what Kris is teaching us. Let's support The Den!💪
Thursday webinar: fighting our content demons
Spent all day connecting my new socials and getting set up to run a real content machine. And the whole time I kept thinking about Thursday's call with Charles Stoicu. We're digging into a question a lot of us wrestle with as faith-driven owners: am I being humble by staying quiet, or am I hiding? I've got my own content demons on this one, and I'm guessing a lot of you do too. We'll get into the faith side and the practical side of actually putting stuff out there. Honestly pumped for this one! Check the calendar for the link. Vote below so Charles and I know which demon to hit hardest. What holds you back from posting the most?

5 years on the truck!
I’m Trent from Houston, Texas. Glad to join and hopefully get some good insight into growing. I own an exterior cleaning company mixed commercial & residential. Been a 1 man army for along time and ready to grow and pass some responsibility’s off to the right people. My main struggle has been having consistent jobs/leads to fill the schedule every week. I get a lot of jobs from facebook, facebook groups, and word of mouth. I walk into businesses when it gets slow to get some commercial leads. Hoping to hire a sales guy/VA soon to keep the schedule full and get another truck/ employee to get me out the field as much.
