Skool Basics
You're in. Here's how to get the most out of this place in your first week. 1. Community This is the feed. Post your wins, ask questions and introduce yourself in Introductions. Tell us what you do, where you are and what you're working on this year. The fastest way to get value here is to show up and talk. 2. Classroom All training lives here. Start with Start Here: Welcome to the Den, then work through the modules in order. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. 3. Calendar Every live call and event is on the Calendar, shown in your time zone. Click any event to add it to your own calendar. The live calls are where the biggest breakthroughs happen, so block the time. 4. Leaderboards When members like your posts and comments, you earn points. Points raise your level, and some levels unlock extra content. The leaderboard shows the most active members for the week, the month and all time. Show up and help others, and you'll climb. 💵Get your coaching paid for! If you're getting value here, invite a friend. Affiliate commissions are set at 40%. Every paid member who joins through your link earns you 40% of their membership for life of the client, and a few referrals can cover your own membership. How to get your link: 1. Click Invite People on the community page. 2. Copy your personal referral link and send it to a business owner who'd fit in here. Anyone who clicks your link and joins within 14 days is credited to you. Commissions show as pending for 14 days, then you can withdraw them. You must be an active member when they join. Why we're building here, not on Facebook Skool will take down Facebook in time. Facebook's algorithm is built to keep you scrolling, not to help you grow. The world is moving to small, focused communities where real experts teach. No ads, no rage bait, no endless feed. Just people building real businesses, learning from each other. You got in early. Go introduce yourself.

Welcome to the Lion's Den
I started the Lion's Den because having a struggling business sucks. And your not meant to try and figure it out alone. Facebook is a swamp and I can't go 2 minutes without a distracting ad that pulls me away from what I originally went there for (literally forget why I logged on half the time). In 2019 I joined a group that helped change my life. The community and clarity that I got from that group of serious entrepreneurs in the same trade helped rocket fuel some growth at KC Power Clean and now I want to help you do the same. Get ready to roll up your sleeves... So with that, where are you feeling stuck? What's your next barrier to break through?

CRM....
For my guys doing 1,000,000+ in revenue what CRM do you recommend and why? We are looking to implement a new CRM that can take us from where we're sitting right now at about $1,000,000 to 5 to 10,000,000.
personal AI agents are coming for your business...are you ready?
ChatGPT just released Dots. Meta has Muse. GrokBot and Perplexity Computer have been out for awhile. Anthropic is no doubt on the verge of releasing something similar, as is Google. OpenClaw was huge and then it wasn't (that took about 60 days lol). Hermes is having a moment but is probably weeks away from obsolescence. This technology is rapidly iterating from early adopter status to widespread adoption, and I think it will happen a LOT faster than cellphones and the internet. We are facing a reality where it's not unrealistic to think that within a year, most tech savvy customers will have their personal AI agent deal with you. In two years, your grandma will have an agent. So the big question for us home service owners is, what are we doing to prepare for that eventuality? Here's what I'm doing... I'm thinking about what the workflow will look like from the client's side, and how I can make our business the most obvious one for their agent to interface with. I'm thinking about how the customer experience will change- how and where the human touch will still be relevant or necessary and what we will do to enhance those increasingly rare opportunities to get the most out of them. I'm thinking about how I can position my business now to be best prepared for a new way of doing business with people who now no longer need to pick up the phone, search the internet, book an appointment for themselves, or shop for themselves. It's coming, I have no doubt. Now's the time to be thinking and preparing for it...
