Skool Basics
You're in. Here's how to get the most out of this place in your first week. 1. Community This is the feed. Post your wins, ask questions and introduce yourself in Introductions. Tell us what you do, where you are and what you're working on this year. The fastest way to get value here is to show up and talk. 2. Classroom All training lives here. Start with Start Here: Welcome to the Den, then work through the modules in order. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. 3. Calendar Every live call and event is on the Calendar, shown in your time zone. Click any event to add it to your own calendar. The live calls are where the biggest breakthroughs happen, so block the time. 4. Leaderboards When members like your posts and comments, you earn points. Points raise your level, and some levels unlock extra content. The leaderboard shows the most active members for the week, the month and all time. Show up and help others, and you'll climb. 💵Get your coaching paid for! If you're getting value here, invite a friend. Affiliate commissions are set at 40%. Every paid member who joins through your link earns you 40% of their membership for life of the client, and a few referrals can cover your own membership. How to get your link: 1. Click Invite People on the community page. 2. Copy your personal referral link and send it to a business owner who'd fit in here. Anyone who clicks your link and joins within 14 days is credited to you. Commissions show as pending for 14 days, then you can withdraw them. You must be an active member when they join. Why we're building here, not on Facebook Skool will take down Facebook in time. Facebook's algorithm is built to keep you scrolling, not to help you grow. The world is moving to small, focused communities where real experts teach. No ads, no rage bait, no endless feed. Just people building real businesses, learning from each other. You got in early. Go introduce yourself.

Welcome to the Lion's Den
I started the Lion's Den because having a struggling business sucks. And your not meant to try and figure it out alone. Facebook is a swamp and I can't go 2 minutes without a distracting ad that pulls me away from what I originally went there for (literally forget why I logged on half the time). In 2019 I joined a group that helped change my life. The community and clarity that I got from that group of serious entrepreneurs in the same trade helped rocket fuel some growth at KC Power Clean and now I want to help you do the same. Get ready to roll up your sleeves... So with that, where are you feeling stuck? What's your next barrier to break through?

Residential and commercial Tuesdays?
That sales call with Coach Adam was a good one. A lot of you jumped in, asked real questions, and the response afterward was strong. One thing stood out to me though. We've got a really healthy mix in here. Some of you are building outbound and going after commercial accounts. Some of you are tightening up inbound and closing more of the residential leads you already get. And a lot of you want both, which is exactly where I want this group headed. But one-to-many coaching has a limit. When the room is split, half the guys are leaning in and the other half are waiting for something that fits their business. So my hunch is we split it. Residential one Tuesday morning, commercial the next, and rotate. Same coaching, more time on what actually moves your numbers. Before we lock anything in, I want your take. Which one would you show up for: residential, commercial, or both? And does every other Tuesday work, or is there a better way to set it up?
Projects, Skills, Gems and GPTs
Every AI tool now has three places to save what you want it to remember. Most people put everything in the wrong one, then wonder why the AI forgets. The one rule: - Settings: how it talks to you, in every chat - Project: what it knows for one job, like a client, a hire, or your weekly numbers - Skill: how it does one task you repeat, in any chat What changed this fall: custom GPTs and Gemini Gems are being replaced by skills. OpenAI plans to retire custom GPTs, and Google starts turning Gems into skills in November. Your existing ones keep working until then, but don't build new ones. Your move this week: find the prompt or file you paste most often and move it to the right place. Resources Projects, Skills, Gems and GPTs (PDF): the one rule, what each tool and plan has today, and a pick-one guide that maps our kits to your tool, 4 pages.
