We're just getting started and I want to know: what's the ONE small change you're committing to this week? It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to be big. It just has to be yours. Maybe it's: - Drinking more water every day - Hitting 5,000 steps - Getting to the gym at least once - Cutting out the late-night snacking Small changes compound. First meal of the day. Water. Followed by the usual stuff. Less or no sugar in the day is good.

When I document my days of eating. I know that I am more productive and cautious of what I consume. It keeps track of how much protein I consume per day. So that I’ll never feel hungry. Except when I’m playing pickleball or training days. I tend to add more carbs for fuel.
