I convinced my partner to play 9 holes of disc golf yesterday. We're not very good, so there were a lot of extra steps and cardio foraging in the leaf litter for our errant discs 😅
Nets just went up at our local outdoor courts and I'm on day 4 of the mobility challenge (in the Classroom tab if you haven't seen it yet). Nothing tangible to report from the scale, but I feel the rust of a sedentary, injured winter starting to flake off, and I'm leaving myself wanting more rather than my usual pattern of going hard and burning out.
