Weather kept me off the courts today but I still got a workout and some great recovery! Sauna, ice bath, and a massage! I was about to make a pizza for dinner but I stopped at the last second and made a delicious high protein option instead!!! How did you do today? And what do you done when you planed to play pickleball and the weather kinks up your plans???
