1. Noticing What small beautiful thing did you actually let yourself see today?
2. Allowing Where can you let joy in without needing to “earn” it first?
3. Sharing Who could you send one joyful text to today?
Joy does not have to be huge.
It does not need a plane ticket, a perfect schedule, or a life makeover.
Sometimes joy is coffee in a favorite mug.
A walk without your phone.
A song that makes your shoulders start dancing before your brain approves.
