I want to be really clear about where we’re going. The JOY Project is shifting. Not away from joy… 👉 deeper into it. Because here’s what I’ve been seeing: We talk about joy. We think about joy. We even want more joy. But most people aren’t practicing it. And without practice… nothing changes. So we’re simplifying. 👉 One Joyful Text a Day. That’s the new direction. That’s the new focus. That’s the new mission of this space. Why? Because it’s: - Simple enough that anyone can do it - Human enough that it actually matters - Consistent enough to create real change This isn’t about motivation. It’s about behavior. It’s about choosing, daily, to reach out and create a moment of connection. Because most people aren’t struggling with what to do… They’re just not doing the small things that actually make a difference. This is one of those things. Starting Wednesday, I’ll invite you to take a simple pledge: 👉 Send one joyful text a day. That’s it. No perfection. No pressure. Just practice. Because joy isn’t something we wait for. It’s something we create. And we’re going to prove that—together. 💛

Stay with me on this… We talk about macros with food. Protein. Carbs. Fats. What if joy worked the same way? Not random. Not something we wait for. Something we can actually build. I’ve been playing with this idea of the 3 macros of joy: • Noticing - catching the small, good moments that are already there • Allowing - actually letting yourself feel them (we skip this one a lot) • Sharing - bringing others into it, because joy expands in community I’m still exploring this… but it feels interesting. Because most of us aren’t lacking joy completely. We’re just not always noticing it, allowing it, or sharing it. So here’s your little experiment: 👇 Which one could you lean into today? Notice something good Allow yourself to feel it Share it with someone Thoughts? Does this idea resonate… or feel like a stretch? ✨

Im having a little bit of a challenge finding my joy here in Bali because I'v ebeen really feeling lonely, BUT! This too shall pass and prayerfully Im headed ot a whole other country sooner than later, so I really appreciate the few people out here that I can call friend!
